    Tentative Ride Guide

    Who's in charge?

Our group rides will be led by experienced local riders, who can help you find the goods. We'll also assign a designated sweeper to each ride to make sure no one gets lost or eaten by a bear (just kidding). Groups will be approximately 15 people or smaller. This may mean that we'll split up larger rides to ensure that group sizes are manageable.

    I'm hungry!

Make sure to fill up your water bottles and hydration packs ahead of time. There will be several Clif Bars in your schwag bag and lots of extras available at meeting locations if you need to grab a bar before the ride.

    Where do we meet?

Check the list of rides to determine where you meet your group each afternoon. Some groups meet at the expo area, but most will meet at nearby bike shops. See map on page tk for shop locations.

Where do I keep my bike?

Bikes are allowed in the rooms at the Marriot. There will also be a bike valet on site - more details to come. Several carwashes are located near the Marriot if you need to clean your ride before bringing it inside.

Are there bike demos on site?

Yes! We are pleased to welcome the following companies to our expo area: Cannondale, Trek, Kona, Sram and GT. Please check out their tents in Prospector Parking Lot G.

    Rain Policy

We've got to leave Park City the way we found it - beautiful. That means that if it rains, and riding will damage the trails, ride leaders will make the decision to cancel rides by 2 PM. You can always hit some of the dozens of miles of paved bike paths or the unofficial IMBA lounge - Squatters Roadhouse Grill. Watch the Ride Board at the Marriot for notices about the weather.

    Emergency Information

Everyone must sign a waiver before participating in a group ride. If you have any preexisting medical conditions, please tell your ride leader before you begin the ride. In the event of an emergency, your ride leader will have emergency contact info, but the emergency phone number is 911.
