2006 Kona/IMBA Canada Buck-A-Bowl Raises Nearly $3,000

The second annual Kona/IMBA Canada Buck-A-Bowl fundraiser was recently held at ExpoCycle 2006, in Montreal, Canada. Teams from across the nation purchased lanes and bowled into the night, raising nearly $3000. The money will support IMBA Canada programs such as Trailbuilding schools , the Canadian Hotspot Campaign, and Kona Freeride grants.

The Canadian Kona/IMBA Buck-A-Bowl is the little brother of the widely successful Interbike bowling tournament, which takes place in Las Vegas each year. Kona recently sponsored the 2006 edition of the IMBA Freeride Guide, and related web resources.
